Principals and Practices is a 60 hour course that is mandatory to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson's license in Connecticut. Evening classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00pm - 9:45pm and the daytime classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:45am to 1:30pm. The class is modular and offered on a revolving basis. Each class is a self-contained unit, so you can start at any time and keep going until you have taken all of the classes.
This course meets Connecticut's minimum requirement to sit for Real Estate License Exam. Real Estate salespeople who are currently licensed can use 30 hours of this course towards meeting the requirements to take the Real Estate Brokers Examination.
Classes are offered twice a week and both day and evening classes are offered. Price includes a text's and materials $80.00 book.
