Basic Appraisal Principles 30 hour Mandatory course to obtain Provisional Appraisal License license.
Mandatory course to obtain Real Estate Broker license.
The course includes the following topics: Appraisal concepts, Principles of Value, FIRREA, the Appraisal Process, Building Construction and Design, Data Collection, the 3 approaches to appraising(Market Data, Cost and Income Capitalization), Reconciliation and Appraisal report.
In addition to 30 hours for pre-licensing credit the student will receive credit for 6 hours of Continuing Education for Real Estate Salespersons & Brokers, and 18 hours for Appraisers toward renewing their license.
The course meets the minimum requirement as set forth by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission and the Connecticut Appraisal Commission.
This class meets Tues and Thurs. 6:30-9:30pm.
