Continuing Education
Still need continuing education to renew your license in 2010. Check out our website under continuing Education. We have a partnership with McKissock Learning Systems to offer continuing education online "distance learning" courses that meet the minimum requirements of the Connecticut Real Estate Commission and the Connecticut Appraisal Commission. In addition, if you are looking for Appraisal pre-licensing or post licensing course you can take them on line "distance learning" through McKissock .

Bud has been a practicing real estate broker since 1977 and was a real estate instructor for the University of Connecticut for 9 years and has directed and taught real estate at the Appraisal & Real Estate School since 1993.
